Where to take an out-of-town interviewee for lunch?

If we are interviewing someone who is not from Northern Indiana and take them to lunch, what is the best choice?  Something where the food is good, but it's not pretentious and faux-upscale like Cerulean.

One Ten Craft Meatery is only open for lunch Wed-Fri but I really like this restaurant.  Immediately in the Warsaw area, there are places like Boathouse, American Table, Ruby Tuesday, Downtown, Mad Anthony's, etc.  There may be some new restaurants I'm not familiar with as well, so I'd be interested to read others suggestions.

I echo 110 for Wed-Fri.

Rua is also good, but could be seen as faux-upscale (kinda a rustic, exposed brick kinda place).

Oak and Alley has great burgers at lunch if you can find a seat, but it will be pretty loud, so you would only want to go there for a very laid back feel.

The Downtown is a great choice, Stella's Sub Pub is also surprisingly tasty.  Mad Anthony's as mentioned above is good.

My suggestions would be Orthocity Brewery & Smokehouse for some bbq or El Comal 2 for mexican. Both places recently opened and are nice inside. The food at both places is pretty great if you ask me. :)
