How do I transfer a license to a different device?

I purchased a Funamo license for my son's next phone, however, the provider/carrier did not have adequate service in our area, so we are now switching again.

Please advise how I can trasfter the funamo device to this phone.

You can send support@funamo.com a private message to request a transfer. I remember seeing that they would do it free within 6 months.

Funamo license is tied to specific device and we allow license transfer within 6 months of purchase for device defect issues. So if you purchased the license more than 6 months ago, you will need to purchase a new license for the new device.

Most of our competitors charge a monthly subscription of more than $4 per month. When we started Funamo, we did a survey and almost no parents like subscription. It is a hassle to track and the fees can really add up. So we came up with the device specific licensing. Basically, when you buy a new device, you purchase a license and you don't need to worry about it. Please compare our solution with others. We are confident that we offer the best product and also best value to our customer.

I would prefer another pricing. My kids break or loose their phones all the time. I buy used ones or the take my old ones. You end up buying a used phone for 40$ and a new licence for 20$ every couple of months. I dont see a reason why a licence cannot be transferred with a transfer fee maybe.
