The internet filters on my Funamo accountability app aren't working. What am I doing wrong?

 I installed the app and the browser. I saved my settings on the app and made sure the content filtering box was selected. I went to the browser and tested it, but it wasn't blocking any content. I also tried the proxy, but that didn't work either (I'm not sure if my android supports it). Any help you could give would be appreciated.

Please make sure

1. Funamo protection is turned on. Open Funamo on your device, login and click "Start Funamo" to enable Funamo protection. When Funamo protection is on, you should see a dark-blue F logo on the notification bar at the top of your device. If you pull it down, you should see "Funamo protection is on".

2. Please make sure that you are using Funamo Safe Browser to browse the web rather than the default browser that came with your device. Make sure that you enable "Block other browsers" option under Account settings. Here is the link to the instructions with a video tutorial on how to setup Funamo.


I have the same problem.  My Funamo protection is turned on.  I am using Funamo Safe Browser.  I have blocked other browsers.  Yet still I am able to easily pull up inappropriate content.  I also cleared the browser cache.  What is wrong?  Obviously I won't be paying for this if it doesn't do what it's supposed to do.  Please give soem alternate advice because what you gave isn't working.

I have already tried those things and they don't work. However, I rebooted my phone tonight after work and it was working after that.
