I sent my phone in with under a manufacture warranty, now Funamo does not recognize it as the same device

Funamo license is tied to specific device and recognize the device by a device ID that is unique to each device. It is possible that they replaced some main component or they replace the device all together. Please send us a private email with your account information and we will check it for you.
