Bought a licence but not active

I have just bought a licence and received e-mail confirming but when I go to the app and look at licence it is still saying purchase licence.

If you bought the license on the funamo website then you should get an email telling you how to manually sync your device.

Yes have had the e-mail and manually synced device but still nothing.
