Hi there,

I had a working fenics code with some C++ coded inside. With my newly installed fenics system on Centos doesn't work. It gives this error message.

Solving linear variational problem.

Calling DOLFIN just-in-time (JIT) compiler, this may take some time.
--- Instant: compiling ---
In instant.recompile: The module did not compile with command 'cmake -DDEBUG=TRUE .', see '/home/sa171/anaconda2/envs/fenicsproject/.cache/instant/error/dolfin_28757c8e6d2ac545b1b6c0b2208cc14ab1f9eba8/compile.log'

Something wrong with this expression ---> prefact = Expression('exp(-beta*pmf)',beta=beta,pmf=pmf,degree=0) Since this is written in C++, it cannot be recognised on fenics.

Could you please help me to figure out this?

I also tried very basic fenics examples, anything includes C++ code,  doesn't work in my system.

Thank you,

Max
