Hi,

I have a OnePlus2 and I am able to stop the Funamo process by clicking "processes" button on the phone and choosing the middle icon. It then kills all the background processes including Funamo. I have attached some screenshots.

How do avoid this?

Best regards.

Since we do not have this device model so we cannot test it ourselves. First, please make sure that Funamo is enabled as device admin. On standard Android, you should not be able to force stop an app that is device admin. If OnePlus2 device allows you to do it, that violates the standard Android security rules. You may have to talk to the manufacturer to see if there is a way to turn off that feature or Funamo may not work for it since it is not compatible with standard Android.

Hi, thank you for the reply.

I think the Funamo app is device. Doesn't it seem like that?:

So I should write the manufacturer?

Yes, it looks like device admin is enabled.
