Value of the function n each cell?

in the following code,
mesh = UnitSquareMesh(4, 4)
V = FunctionSpace(mesh, "DG", 0)
u = Function(V)
u1 = x +x
u = project(u1, V)
How can I get the value of u on each cell of mesh?
Any help is highly appreciated.
