Have to set up Funamo on daily basis Samsung J3 through boost mobile

Funamo keeps turning off overnight. I have to set the damn thing up every day now. This is a Samsung J3 smartphone through Boost Mobile. Every DAY Funamo is off and it's very frustrating that I've paid 20 dollars and cannot get this crap app to stay on the damn phone. This has been going on for 3 mos. now. I've had it. (going to request refund since it isn't compatible with the j3 or the software updates are knocking Funamo out daily). I've gone into Settings to turn any anti virus software off. Comes back on - I've put all important apps into Protected but it's not working. The next day I will try it out and it's all wiped. Like I just downloaded it. I've got 8 phone names under my manager on my laptop from all of the re loading of Funamo.

It looks like a specific issue with your device or setup. We have not seen such issue from other Samsung users. Could you please send a private email to us so we can collect more information? From your description, it is not very clear whether Funamo is just off or all the settings are lost too. Was the device in your procession when that happens? Anyways, please send us a private email and we will help you find out the issue.
