How to obtain Proof of insurance for emailed e-signature applicants

This is actually a question an agent asked me:

Proof of insurance for emailed e-signature applicants – Not one person that’s e-signed through email has gotten proof of insurance from you all.  Prior to the new system another window would open up after they’ve signed that would allow them to print up their proof.  At this time I’m having to email them proof which is an extra step I shouldn’t have to take.  I’ve been told they can get their cards (and other paperwork? – please confirm) at  The insured shouldn’t have to go through that step either unless they want to.  Please advise on how they will be receiving their proof.

Ask for a Policy Number.

If a payment is received and e-sign completed, we can provide the insurance ID Card
