Handling Runtime exceptions

Hey, I was thinking it might be nice if when a match was being played and a runtime exception occurs that the AI causing the Runtime exception forfeits the match. This would allow us to know if it was our own code or the enemies code that has an issue. Also, with the current implementation it would be possible for me to detect when it is near the end of the game, and if I also detected that I was losing I could throw an exception to force a draw.
We're patching this right now. I'll put up a post describing the new rules in case of a run-time error in a match.
