I don't see my son's phone on the Funamo website when I log in

My son has Funamo on his phone and it is working.  But I don't see it when I login on your website.  I have tried to PUSH register.  No luck.

Did you remove it online? A device record online is required to sync the settings and device history. If you accidentally removed it, you will need to uninstall Funamo on the device and reinstall it. Then set it up using the same Funamo account. It will automatically create a new device record during the setup process.
