Hi, I want to couple two FEM methods, I have solved one method in Matlab and another in FEniCS. How can I call FEniCS from MATLAB so that I can run simulation simultaneously?

Thanks for the help.

FEniCS version 1.6.0
matlab 2014b
Can you not run one simulation followed by the other and get the same result?

I want to run simultaneously because I will pass the information from one method solution to input of another method. So, I want to call FEniCS in between MATLAB code.

You could consider call your MATLAB(OCTAVE) code from python using oct2py.

Translate your Matlab code into Python, or write a script to call code in another language and convert output to the format you desire.
