How to regain subscription after factory reset?
Device had virus, factory reset fixed, but reinstallation of Funamo marked as a new device. I used the same account information. It is asking for new subscription- "purchase Funamo now" but I shouldn't need a new subscription. Please help me fix this error.

It does not give me an option to get into the same account. It acts like it is new. It asks me to put name of person using and the name of the device and no other options. I've uninstalled and tried 3 times. I need to have this work yesterday... I am not happy that I cannot get it to accept my prior subscription, I am not happy about buying a new subscription. Ive emailed Funamo directly because I think I should be reimbursed for a second subscription on the same device!
