Blank screen when accessing a single customer / Oops Error message when side options are clicked
Or if you click on "Summary, Accounting, Status, etc) you receive a "An embedded page at windhaven.live.ptsapp.com says The tab you selected may not have fully downloaded yet. Please wait a few second and try again." then once you press ok you receive the following screenshot:
- Pull the oops error by clicking summary or any link on the screen.
- send a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Post the ticket number back on this page.
- Tell the agent we'll have developers review this policy and we will fix the issue,
- Agent can also reenter the quote, or agent can have Windhaven reenter the quote but it may take until the next business day.
