Samsung Galaxy tab Note 10.1 not working after firmware update

My Galaxy Tab Note 10.1 prompted me to update firmware, which I did. After installing the update however,  I can't use the tablet.  It keeps jumping to Settings/General/Account screen, flashing 'Please enable usage access for Funamo' at the bottom of the screen.  I can't access Funamo to turn it off - it just keeps jumping back to the above 'Settings/General/Account'.  I also can't change anything under settings - e.g. if I try to to scroll down to 'Security' setting, or try to select any other tab (e.g. 'Controls', 'Device', or 'Connections'), it just jumps back to the same scrreen ('Settings/General/Account'), without allowing me to change anything there.

I'm completely stuck - can't use the tablet!  Can I perhaps somehow undo the firmware upgrade?

Thanks but that doesn't work.  If I'm very quick (after restarting tablet) I managed to get into Funamo, but then after a few seconds it jumps to the Settings/General/Account screen, and get stuck there again.  I will try the safeboot option, and see if that works.

Please try to open Funamo app directly. Once it is open, it will not redirect you to the settings anymore. Then you can login to Funamo app and turn the protection off. After that, enable usage access for Funamo in the Security section in Settings and then turn Funamo protection on.

Hope this helps

This worked! I started in safe mode, and then enabled data usage access for Funamo under settings.

Thanks very much!
