(Deleted) Nothing is working

First let me say how STUPID this is.  Nice customer service Funamo... not very fun for me.  Now then, my sons prepaid phone had been inactive for quite some time which had the Funamo app protecting it.  Now months later, Funamo isn't accepting my password and when I request an email under the forgotten password link, I do not get one.
