How to install mumps on conda

Hello everybody.

I know that someone asked the same question in the past but I'm not solving this problem.

I'm trying to install MUMPS package to solve an "out of memory" problem.
I'm using this anaconda version:
    conda 4.3.29

and the following dolfin version.
   2017.1.0

I tried to type the following command:

conda install -c conda-forge fenics mumps

and some packages have been installed.

but when I type "list_linear_solver_methods()" I don't see the package mumps.

Could someone explain me which passages should I do?

Thank you very much for the help

It looks like fenics from conda-forge is built without mumps. It does not help if you install mumps on your computer.

Thank you for the answer.
Is there any way to overcome the "out of memory" problem without installing the MUMPS package?

I think you are using a direct solver like umfpack which works for small problem sizes. You need mumps or superlu_dist but both are missing in conda fenics. I dont think there is any way to fix this, other than you compiling fenics yourself with all dependencies. If you use fenics via docker, that has everything you need.
