### Arctanh function in Fenics

I am working on a simulation where the variational form of the PDE has an arctanh function in it. I tried using

`arctanh(u)`

in a script but the function was not found. I found a possible solution to use \(\mathrm{arctanh}(x)=\frac{1}{2}\ln\left(\frac{1+x}{1-x}\right)\) where \(\left|x\right|\lt 1\). However this is not an ideal solution because the magnitude of the input is limited, however it would probably work for my application. Are there any other ways to use an arctanh function in Fenics?

The solution with log is probably the best way. What value do you want when $\left|x\right|>1$|

`x`|>1 ? I think it is undefined for arctanh(x).
