Does anyone want to help to do one Script to install it more easily?

You can try with EPEL. "yum install epel-release". This will add a lot of extra packages (e.g. petsc-mpich) and python3. You can then use "pip3 install ffc" to install ffc, for example. The only thing really missing is "swig" in a new enough version.
