My son did a factory reset so I had to reinstall funamo. How do I make funamo to recognize it as the same device?
Please make sure that you use the same Funamo account when you setup Funamo again after the reset. If you create a new Funamo account, Funamo will not be able to locate the license because it is in your old account. If you are using the same Funamo account, Funamo will automatically retrieve the license during setup. After setup is done, you can double check by going to Funamo main page and you should no longer see "Purchase Funamo now" selection at the top. Instead, you will see "Product Licensed" text besides the Funamo logo.
No need to purchase another license if it is the same device.
