Device control time is not working. I have Funamo turned on. I have set times for the device. Yet I have my sons phone and I can still use it even though I have set the times for it to be off?

The time-limited time slots that you set are "allowed" time slots, not "blocked" time slots. Please double check your time slot settings and make sure that they are set correctly. If you still have issues, you can send us a private email with your account/device info and we can check the settings for you.

Thank you for your response.  However, I am still having issues with it.  How do I send a private email?  I don't see an email address on your website.  Everything I see directs me to AllAnswered.  Appreciate your help.
