No location info showing
If location service is turned on, please also check the following
1. Make sure the device has internet connection. The location data is uploaded to our server using either wifi or mobile data network
2. To save battery, Funamo tries to minimize the frequency of location query. So there is a threshold distance (300 meters) for logging a new location. So if you keep the device at the same location, it won't log a new location.
On you online dash board, please change the filter to last 7 days, or last 30 days, to see if you see any location data.
