How Do I Enable SMS on a Toll Free Number?
I have purchased a M360 Toll Free number but it does not appear to be SMS enabled.
Once you have purchased your M360 Toll-Free number, send an email to Support@Message360.com with the Subject of "Toll Free SMS Port"
with all information associated with your account. (AccountSid,Email and phone number you wish to port)
Once Support receives the ticket you have just created via email, a SMS LOA form will be filled out and submitted to our carrier.
When the request is received one of our support staff will update you by email that the carrier is now processing the request.
(typically these requests take 24hours after being received but can take longer)
When this process is completed you will be informed by email that the number is ready to start sending and receiving SMS.
