### Question A2 (not about month/quarter)

A2. Choose one quarter of the year. Are the percentages of movies released in that quarter similar to all genres (comedy, action, ... )? Describe the differences and similarities. Find possible explanations.

This question is still a bit vague. Do they mean the percentages of movies per genre released in q1 compared to the total amount of movies released in q1. e.g. q1_total = 200 movies, Action = 20 movies in q1 -> 10 %.

Or are you supposed to compare the percentages of movies per genre released in q1 compared to the total amount of movies of that genre in the whole year. Thus, Action total = q1(20) + q2(25) +q3(25) +q4(30) = 100, thus the percentage for action in q1 = 20/100 *100 = 20 %

Thanks in advance :)

That is an excellent question, Toon! Both approaches are indeed plausible, but it's fully up to you to argue which one does make the most sense given the context of the dataset and the movie industry. This motivation is also something I hope to find on your poster next Wednesday.

Sorry for deliberately keeping my answer rather vague, anyway good luck!
