My account has been disabled

I set up an account for both of my children many years ago. We had it turned off for a while and now that I am ready to start using it again I can no longer sign in. How do I get my account activated again?

We do not deactivate user account due to inactivity. If you forgot your password, you can reset it online at funamo.com. Click Login button and then click Forgot password link. A temporary password will be sent to your email. Please follow the instructions in the email to login.
