SMS not being logged

All was fine until recently.  Yes, "Log Messages" is checked in settings.  Reports seems to be coming in just fine for internet and apps.  No texts have been logged.

Ideas?

Funamo will not log all mesages and sometimes I only end up getting half te comversation!

Please make sure the user is using the messaging app that came with the phone. Funamo only monitors standard SMS/MMS text messages. It does not monitor messages in apps such as whatsapp, snapchat etc because the communication protocol for those apps are not public.

Thank you for replying.

It is the standard messaging.  All the texts are still being logged by ATT (I can see it in our "Smart Limits" feature but would like to be able to read texts when needed).  Calls are not being logged either, and contacts are not synced.

Is it possible "KNOX" (partition) is being used?

No answers?  Please, I'd rather not waste the 20 bucks I paid for the license.  I'm getting ready to change to a different app, which I know doesn't hurt you one bit since you already have my money.  As I answered, my child is using the messaging app that came with the phone.  They are still being logged through ATT Smart Limits.  I was able to read the texts for the first couple months, but now all of the sudden no texts, calls or contacts are logged (no problems with web and app history being logged).
